Nothing could be simpler! Print Tech will print and fold your newsletters for you and ship them to your door for mailing. Or, if you prefer, they can mail them for you too!
See below for instructions on preparing and transmitting your newsletter file for printing.

Newsletter files can be uploaded directly to Print Tech via their website: www.printtechofwpa.com Go to the tab marked "To send a file." Click on the tab and fill out the form.
All prices above are subject to change without notice. Files should be uploaded in .pdf format with all graphics and fonts embedded. Newer versions of MS Publisher have that ability built in.
If you do not have the ability to transmit the newsletter as a .pdf file, Print Tech will accept the file as a .pub (Publisher file) but additional charges may occur if the file is not saved properly with graphics and fonts embedded. If you are transmitting as a Publisher file, please use the "Pack and Go" option under the "File" menu. Choose the "Take to Commercial Printing Service" option to embed graphics and fonts. Simply follow the instructions on the screen.
If you are transmitting your customer list to Print Tech for them to mail, that file should be in Excel format, separated into the correct fields. Contact Pam for more information.
